Thanks guys. It has been rough. Over the last couple days, my sons and my husband have started coming down with some bug. It doesn't really match COVID but it has enough similarities that I felt better arranging other care for my mom and having my husband get tested. I'm hoping for just seasonal allergies, or due to the sudden drop in temperature at night. We won't know for probably 2-4 days. Hopefully we'll get negative results back before I run out of people to call on to help with my mom. To say the least, I'm good and ready to get rid of 2020. Hopefully 2021 has better things in store.

I hope it was just allergies! You've really had a rough run of it, I hope things are starting to look up. The sooner '20 is gone the better all around, I think.
My latest is a root canal (on the right) that's left me with tempromandibular joint syndrome (on the left, go figure) which makes opening my mouth more than a finger-width a stunningly painful experience. Chewing is actually okay, though, once I get a bite in; the bloomin' irony is that it makes brushing very difficult and flossing almost impossible. But hopefully that will clear up in a week or two.
Here's hoping 2020 won't throw anything worse in anyone's direction. Especially yours, Mamabear!

Thanks, same to you! Tooth issues are certainly never fun, hope you feel better soon! On the plus side, the test came back negative. It was just a bad cold (or as my daughter called it, fauxvid), and everyone is more or less better; save for a little sniffle or small cough here or there.
