Huh, I would've thought the first one would sound familiar, since Doctor McCoy's, "I'm a doctor, not a [insert random occupation]," line became something of a pre-Internet meme among Trekkies. Guess that makes me the board's biggest geek.

Fur the record, I’m pretty sure every CMO in the franchise has said the “I’m a doctor, not a ...” line at least once. And admittedly I didn’t recognize most of the other quotes.

Yes it does. The declining membership is making it difficult to think of quotes that you know someone will recognize. Back on the old HDA, Dawn and Fiona would have recognized that first Buffy quote as soon as they saw it. Pretty sure that Piper would have known it as well.
