You've got it, Josie. The doctor Spock was speaking to in the first quote was Dr. McCoy, the Chief Medical Officer on the Enterprise.

No? Okay. This is one of the women talking about the other. The lady assassin is the villain throughout, it's not one episode.

Sit-com, 1962 to 1971:
"How do you like yer possum, Lowell, fallin' off the bones tender or with a little fight left in it?"
[looking slightly nauseated] "I'm really not hungry."

Elderly mountain woman doesn't know what a frogman is:
"...I'm worried half out of my mind! I gotta have somebody to talk to! Your cousin Elly is out with a Naval frogman! From the navel down, he's a frog!"

Mountain woman wants her granddaughter to use her homemade soap but a banker's secretary thinks it will ruin her delicate skin.
"I've used lye soap all my life and look at MY skin!"
"Why, it's like leather!"
"Nice, isn't it."

Okay, it was The Beverly Hillbillies.
Here's another one. A repeated line from another show:
"Newman!"

"Um, excuse me, I - I think you forgot my bread."
"Bread, $2 extra."
"Two dollars? But everyone in front of me got free bread."
"You want bread?"
"Yes, please."
"Three dollars!"
"What?"
"NO SOUP FOR YOU!"

Here's mine:
Character 1: "Hey, hey! Absolutely not! This is fine (origin) leather!" Character 2 (robot): "Hold very still." *Robot vaporizes all of character 1's costume, leaving him naked* Character 1: "Now, hang on just a minute!"

Is it Doctor Who? Or have we just been talking about The Weakest Link at work too much lately and that quote happens to make me think of the episode with the Anne robot?

Haha, you must have been talking about the Weakest Link too much! Although I can totally see this having been in the episode with Anne the robot lol. But no, this is from a much newer show; in fact, it's from the pilot episode that only just premiered about a month ago.

It's from a new Disney series starring Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson. It's already finished streaming all the episodes. There's an alligator in a few episodes.
