That's the correct diagnosis. If the lupus reference was confusing, that was a running joke during the first few seasons. House's team would sometimes suggest lupus as a possible diagnosis, and he would dismiss that pretty quickly. They finally ended up with a patient that actually had lupus.

Err... let's see... might as well continue the theme. This show shares an actress with House:

Guessing that the actress is Jennifer Morrison, so guessing that the show is Once Upon A Time.

Correct. There's a spin-off/prequel called Better Call Saul which tells that lawyer's story. Both very good shows.

It has a spinoff about firefighters and the shows are often closely linked
The man who says the quote was married to the main character but has since died (in the show). I thought the quote was memorable, but perhaps not
