The trailer looked better than I expected. Always thought of the 2009 Ghostbusters video game as Ghostbusters III. The cast came back for the voice acting (even Bill Murray) and the writing team included Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis. Lots of references to the films. They even had a rematch with the ghost librarian.

It is Jaws. Very good film. Probably the only film adaptation of a novel where I far prefer the film.

Yay! Not a film, but I much preferred the TV adaptation of Good Omens over the book. The writing style didn't work for me. (And it didn't hurt that the show had David Tennant and Michael Sheen in it ) It's summer, so let's keep with the beach theme... a recent-ish film based on an old TV show: |
