I was listening to Norm Macdonald on Norm Macdonald Live. He did a long interview with David Letterman. Dave told an anecdote about meeting Richard Nixon then they did a commercial. Norm MacDonald and his sidekick, Adam Eget, did an ad for Audible.com, books on audio. This is at the 20:37 mark. Norm: Do you like audio books? Adam: I love it. I love it. I've been listening to the Hardy Boys. Norm: The Hardy Boys? Adam: Yeah. It's good. Norm: Yeah. Adam: It's good. An image of The Tower Treasure, blue spine edition, appears for a moment. Norm explains how to get to Audible.com and get a free trial. Then: Norm: I spend an exorbitant amount of time on the road and audible has improved treveling for me. How? By keeping me entertained. I have been listening to Pale Fire by Vladimir Nabakov. Adam: Is it like the Hardy Boys? Norm: Ehh. More a meditation on--on memory.
