Hey, everybody! In case you don't recognize the username, this is Cokey. Due to changing circumstances (getting married!! ) I am having to give up my childhood adulthood collection of HB books. There will be no room for them after I move. It really pains me to part with the Casefiles but in reality I haven't even looked at them in years so... I have almost the complete set of Casefiles - I think I am one or two short but I have almost all of the 127 books in the series. I also have a good amount of the digests and a handful of brown hardcover original books. I also have all of the ND/HB Supermystery series. I'm going to post them on ebay but I'm pretty sure they don't have any value except for the sentimental variety, which is why I'm posting here first LOL. If there's no interest after a few weeks, I will just trade them in for store credit at Bookman's. On a completely unrelated topic... I have to tell you all this because I think it's funny. Most of you might remember that I was/am a die-hard "Frank-ette". Well... the man I'm marrying who is the love of my life is named... Joe. No joke! Guess I'm a "Joe-ette" of sorts after all!

Congratulations on your marriage, Cokey! And how ironic that your new husband's name is Joe! In regard to the books, are you wanting to dispose of them in a whole lot, as in all of them to one person, or are you willing to part with them piecemeal? I have almost the whole Casesfiles set, but not quite all of them -- and although like you, I don't READ them, it's still nice to HAVE them! So I might be interested in a couple-three.

Lazypanther, Cokey— How nice to hear from you. You are one of my all time favorite authors, just to tell you that again. Are you writing at all? Many congrats on your marriage. So thrilled for you. Many years ago (maybe 15?) I had to sell my whole collection of Casefiles in one lot, and I think I made good money- several Hundred dollars. If you sell as the lot, since so many are rare, I’d bet that you’d get a pretty penny. Just my two cents (no pun intended there). Have a great holiday! And make sure your Joe treats you right, as he will always have your mental image of Frank to compete with! LOL. Have a great holiday! Cheryl

Hey Cokey! There are a couple I'm interested in (I'd have to go through and update my list again to figure out which ones I'm missing).

If you're selling the ND/HB Supermystery series let me on the price. I'd love to finish what little I have of those.

Thanks, guys!
I'm willing to sell them individually to good homes, LOL. I'll wait to hear what you want and then in a month or so I'll try to sell what is left on ebay.
I'm asking $2 per book plus whatever the cost of shipping. If I sell the Casefiles or Supermysteries on ebay, I will sell them as a lot of whatever is left over.
I think the only Casefile I don't have is #51 Choke Hold. I left them at my parents' which is now an hour away so I will have to make it back over there to confirm. I left some furniture and odds and ends there that I still have to pack up and move out so I will definitely be going back soon. From what I remember, most of the books are in good shape. Some of them may have names written in the inside cover but I think they are pretty decent for the most part. I know a few look almost new.
Thanks for the interest!

I'll buy as soon as Christmas is over.
