I haven't seen The Last Jedi and I'm not going to. I can't picture it, but I hear it has a "Hardware Wars" reference.
For those too young to have enjoyed "Hardware Wars", a guy made it in the '70's just to showcase his talents and it turned out to be sort of a hit. It was distributed as a school movie at one point. He had to make a study guide for it. I'll see if I can imbed it here:
