I check in daily to see if anyone’s posted anything. I usually haunt the General Chit Chat and the Fun and Games sections.
It’s sad to think this might be dying. I’ve been a resident of HDA-Land for many, many years. I really miss how it used to be.

I swing by a couple of times a day, mainly in lurker mode. Unfortunately, it's starting to feel like the cyber equivalent of slowing down as you drive past your favourite hangout, and then speeding up again when you see that the lights are off.
It's sad to think that we've gone from a fair-sized membership to a point where the number of active posters can be counted on your fingers.

Like Shane and Joyce, I usually drop in once a day , and if there's anything new posted, I'll read it. Often it's in the Fun and Games forum and I don't have any inkling as to the movies or TV shows, so can't respond.

I try to check in fairly regularly, when I'm home.
I been away a lot recently, visiting my parents (mom broke a rib, she's 91 so it will be slow healing) and then continuing on to stay with friends for a pattern making session. Yay for a new style of Tudor gown with appropriate head gear.

She is doing well, she sounds like her usual perky self on the phone and she's back to going to community centre in the morning for walking and coffee with other seniors. She lives in a village about 200 miles away, luckily my sister lives there too and can keep a closer eye on my parents

I came here after months and this is the first post I saw. Felt like it is calling for me. Hello everyone! *waves* Remember me? I may not be visiting this site often but I definately have not forgotton any of the people I met here. I cannot. Now, I can try to visit often but then, I am not much of a poster. By the way, can something still be done about the number of posts I have? It is a bit depressing to see how few they are now. |
