I only watched a little of it and it was the Rifftrax version. A young woman helps a talking rubber alligator puppet on the run from a ninja. Filmed on standard definition digital video. Featuring Martin Sheen's less successful brother, Joe Esteves and Plan 9 From Outer Space's Conrad Brooks.
It was just awful. I was shocked to see that the guy who directed it has made 38 movies, many of them rollerblade-oriented. Conrad Brooks' career died down after 1962 but sprang back to life in the 1980s. He has 97 acting credits. He's also produced, directed and written movies. Ed Wood would be so jealous.

Huh. I had no idea this was a movie. Either my grandma had seen/heard of it, or it was massive coincidence...but when I was little, she and my grandpa used to live next to a canal. Whenever we grandkids would come visit, she would remind us to stay away from the canal or else the rollergators would eat us. We had no idea what a rollergator was, but it sounded scary enough we stayed away. My mom always just thought she made it up to keep us safe and out of the canal, but used the term rollergator because she didn't want to lie and say there were alligators. I have no idea, but it's interesting to know that it's an actual movie!
