Based on a short story by Graham Greene. Featured an Anglo-French child actor. I'm not sure what the moral of the story was. Don't share your secrets with a child. You know who should have watched this movie? Balloon Boy's parents.
The end was like the Boy Who Cried Wolf. The kid lies and then when he tells the truth no one believes him, but this turns out to be a good thing. So maybe the moral is, don't ever listen to children.
