As long as the virus doesn't mutate slightly, I'll have only a 5% of chance of getting infected by a horrible deadly disease, unless it mutates slightly rendering the vaccine ineffective. But I can stop doing all my grocery shopping at 6:00 AM and go while there are people there. Other than that, I'm still going to stay away from people. Someone told me I can still be a Typhoid Mary, infecting people with the virus while being immune to it myself, but I don't know if that's true.

And now it turns out thousands are being infected and hundreds have died even after being vaccinated. So. I still have an excuse to stay home.

Being immunized isn't as great as I thought it would be. You should still get vaccinated though. It's free. And they use a super-sharp needle so you barely feel a thing.
When I got my second shot, a woman working at the place was wearing a silver Grateful Dead "Steal Your Face" necklace that looks like a skull which was weird in a medical setting.
Just one person left at work waiting to be immunized. Once she gets her shots, we can all work mask free!

If people are still getting sick and dying after being vaccinated, how is it that it's considered safe to lift restrictions such as mask mandates and whatnot?

Are they getting sick and dying from Covid-19 after being vaccinated, or from other causes?

Makes ya wonder what the point of the vaccine is if it doesn't change anything and you still have a chance of getting sick. 😆
