So I think I told everyone a few months ago I had started a new diet - which I stuck to for the most part for over 5 months. At that point, I did NOT blow my diet - I started Weight Watchers instead. I'm currently down 77 lbs. I have quite a ways to go still but, this is definitely the longest I've stuck to any kind of weight loss program and I don't feel an urge to get off it anytime soon. It's exciting to step on the scale at my Weight Watchers meeting and give a little cheer when I have lost weight. So... WOO WOO!

Slow and steady wins the race I think. I had to make that turn-around in my head and now that I have, I think I can stay the course, as they say. (is that enough cliches for one note?)
